XDP would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) See complete return policy below.




Shipping Policy


XDP exclusively ships to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. International orders to locations not listed above cannot be processed. In addition, not all products are eligible to ship to all destinations listed above. XDP reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund if an order cannot ship to any location for any reason.

When will my product be shipped out?

Products marked "In-Stock" will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day. Delivery dates displayed on select products are only estimates, if the order is completed within the specified time displayed. These estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to the shipping carrier’s service levels. Products without this message may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or may be out-of-stock. XDP will send an order status update with the products ETA by the next business day. If you need immediate availability, please use our "Help Desk" feature to contact a product specialist.

How long will it take to receive my product?

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. If the product is in-stock most orders are received within 1-6 business days from the shipment date depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out-of-stock items may take 1-2 weeks or longer to be received. Packages will not be delivered on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) unless specifically specified or on major holidays, this includes expedited services such as Next Day Air.

Free Shipping Over $99.00

XDP's Free Economy Ground shipping is available on online purchases totaling $99.00 or greater that contain product displaying the icon “Free Shipping Over $99”. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free shipping is a ground shipping service using XDP’s carrier of choice. This offer does NOT apply to products displaying the icon “Truck Freight Item”, orders that require truck freight, oversized items, and/or any other product specifically excluded from this offer. Additional handling fees, oversize packages fees and dropship fees may still apply.

APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)

XDP CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because XDP utilizes UPS. (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.

Canadian Duties & Taxes

The recipient of an international Canadian shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, the recipient; XDP has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from city and province; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Shipping Protection

XDP shipping protection is a hassle-free solution that puts you on the fast track to resolving a lost, stolen, or damaged package claim. There is no application process, simply select shipping protection in the shopping cart and you are protected. Shipping protection applies to all products on your order and covers all tracking numbers associated with the order. Submitting a claim is simple, fill out the brief Claim Form below and an XDP customer support specialist will respond within 1 business day to finalize the process.

COVERAGE DETAILS
This coverage protects the package and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause while in transit from XDP or its suppliers to the shipping address on file. Shipping protection must be selected at the time of ordering and cannot be selected after. Shipping protection may be cancelled and refunded PRIOR to a tracking number being generated. Once the tracking information for a product has been generated and the product has shipped, the shipping protection amount can NOT be refunded. This is a product replacement protection and therefore XDP will NOT refund your money.

COVERAGE LIMITS
The limits of this coverage will be equal to or less than the original purchase price of the product(s). The combined limit will never exceed the original order subtotal. XDP will replace each product a maximum of one time.

FILING TIME FRAMES
  • Time to File: Maximum 60 Days from Date of Shipment
  • Non-Delivery Shipments: Wait 15 Days for Domestic Shipments, 30 Days for Canadian Shipments
  • Damaged Shipments: Must Be Filed within 7 days of receipt
COVERAGE CONDITIONS:
If your product is not replaceable and/or the product is no longer available from the manufacturer, XDP will issue you a store credit for the original purchase price of the product. This plan is nontransferable and will expire 60 days after the shipment date. All replacement shipping cost covered by XDP will be UPS ground.

Generally, once your claim (including supporting documentation) has been submitted, processing takes an average of 8-10 days. After a claim is approved XDP will ship the replacement product as quickly as possible. In some cases, due to limited product availability this may take 7-14 days.

Customers filing more than one claim may experience a delay in product replacement due to increased investigative time. Any fraudulent claim will make you liable for prosecution.

Return Policy

XDP RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER REQUEST

Product Return Policy

  • Returns must be packaged securely in an outer carton
  • Do not write on the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping carton.
  • Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused.
  • Returnable items must be received by XDP within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (determined by tracking number)
  • Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
  • Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 5%-10% may be assessed.
  • Original shipping cost and shipping protection charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
  • Products can only be returned for a refund, store credit, or an exchange for the same item. Product cannot be exchanged for a different part number.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:

  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on electrical parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resell able by XDP due to customers own actions in dealing with the product


Core Returns

Core Return Instructions: STOP! Please read to avoid costly delays!

  • Step 1:  Verify the core will be received back within 180 days. (See Deadline)
  • Step 2: Fill out the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION Form (link below).
  • XDP RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER REQUEST

  • Step 3: Wait for return instructions. XDP will email a return number (RMA) and a return shipping address. Many cores will be sent directly back to the manufacturer, so please read the instructions.
  • Step 4: Package the core. Good packaging prevents costly damage and/or the core being refused by the shipping carrier. It may be possible to reuse the box your original product came in. If not, use a box strong enough to support the product. Seal the product in a plastic bag to prevent leaks. Cushion the product with packing material and securely seal the package with tape.
  • Step 5: Attach the shipping label you have purchased (see return shipping policy) and write the return number (RMA) large and clear on the outside of the box.
  • Step 6: Ship the core.

What is a core?
When a product is marketed as rebuilt or remanufactured, in some cases it necessitates the return of your old part so it can undergo refurbishment for resale to another customer. This process is crucial because many parts are no longer in production. Without the original part to serve as a core, obtaining a replacement might prove impossible. Common automotive components that typically require old parts as cores include injectors, fuel pumps, engines, turbos, and transmissions.

What is a core charge?
The Core Charge represents the monetary value the manufacturer assigns to your old part if you choose not to return it for rebuilding. This fee varies based on the item's cost and the scarcity of cores available for refurbishment. In cases where a part is difficult to come by, the core charge might exceed the actual cost of the part. The manufacturer aims to ensure that returning a core for a refund is worthwhile for you, while also safeguarding their interests if you opt not to return one. Failure to return a core will result in the forfeiture of any core refund.

Core Return Policy *** Important Please Read ***

Deadline: Core returns will only be accepted within 180 days of receiving the original product. After 180 days core credit refunds will be at the discretion of XDP.

Refund Policy: Returns made between 0-120 days are eligible for credit back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Core returns after 120 days will be issued XDP store credit only. Credit may be full, partial, or denied based on the acceptance policy below. Please allow up to 4 weeks after the core is received for inspection and refund if accepted.

Return Shipping Policy: Core return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. XDP recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking and insurance. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core. XDP is not responsible for cores received damaged, freight penalties, and/or lost shipments.

Acceptance Policy:

  • No leaking fluids, all fluids must be drained, and the core must be sealed in a plastic bag. 
  • The core returned must be a like-for-like make, model, type, and part number.
  • Cores will not be accepted from a salvage or junkyard.
  • Cores must not be disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components. 
  • Cores must be in rebuildable condition.

Core refund acceptance is at the discretion of XDP and the manufacturer/remanufacture or the original product. Failure to follow the above policy may result in partial credit and/or no credit being issued. If you would like a core returned that has been denied acceptance, you may request that within 30 days and pay for return shipping. Cores that have not been accepted and are unclaimed by the customer after 30 day will be destroyed and disposed of.
